Basic Teaching Certificate (BTC)
It is full time two-year regular degree course under S.C.E.R.T., Lucknow The University conducts entrance test as well as regular examination for this course under the supervision of external examiners and observers.
Course Objective
The major objective of BTC Course is to develop positive attitude towards the teaching experience, develop personal, professional and social competencies required in guiding children and solving their personal and academic problems,
understanding about the role of school and teacher as agents of social change, national integration and scientific temper.
Duration
Two Academic Year
Eligibility
Graduation (10+2+3) with minimum 50% Marks.
Admission Procedure
S.C.E.R.T., Lucknow conducts an entrance test and the students are admitted on the basis of merit.
